Please ask your flyer distributors to pay attention and be respectful of home owners when they post a NO solicitor sign at their door! Blasting me with multiple calendars year round will not make me want to go with you when I ever decide to sell my home or buy a home. Not only that, but I watched as your guy scuttled away across my lawn when he got caught! The only person I give allowance to walk on my lawn is the mail person because they're bringing me mails that may be important. Your calendars either go into my fire place or straight to the recycling and I don't want to be that wasteful person. Save your ads for another house please.

More a review of their open houses as a buyer rather than as a seller. We were looking for houses in Milpitas and saw their sign on multiple blocks. Decided to check out a house being pointed to by the sign. When we got there, we were told it is only for private viewing even though multiple signs say "open house". Not sure if realtor just didn't take us seriously.
