Debbie was a great help when my dad needed to sell his home to move into an Assisted Living facility nearer to me, 150 miles away. The house needed fairly extensive work on the interior as well as a general clean up. Debbie arranged for the interior work to be done and got the house ready to sell in record time. Debbie Giordano is money in the bank quickly. She sold our house with local knowledge and real estate know- how in six days at greater than asking price. She led us through sales procedures to escrow close in not much more or less than a month. Debbie helped us find our new home in Sunnyvale. While Sunnyvale is off the beaten path for her, she went right to work and found us a couple homes that fit our criteria. Getting a new home for the right (as low as possible) price is often a challenge but Debbie was up to the challenge. She hung in there with us until the deal was complete.

Above and beyond was offering us the use of her moving truck. While we used pros for the expensive furniture and heavy appliances, we used the truck for the 35 years of accumulated possessions and treasures. The truck is as easy to drive as any car.

We used Debbie services to both buy and sell a home. We were in a very special situation, as what we looked for was pretty rare in our market, forcing us to wait for the proper opportunity to present itself, and preventing us to sell before buying (took us 6 month to see a property that fullfilled our needs).

Long story short, From the time we first visited our target home to the time we signed the escrow on our old home, less than 2 months elapsed. In those 2 months, we bought our new home, moved in (using Debbie's truck), refreshed our old home (using Debbie's crew), then sold our old hom.

On top of that, we were happpy with both our purchase and sales prices.

All of that happened in Spring 2011, which was not the best time to sale any house...

When you're faced with selling a home in a short time frame because a reverse mortgage company continues to levy interest and service fees, by the day, on the remaining equity in a home.........then Debbie Giordano is who you want to call.

My father's home was left to me through a living trust. But we strongly considered walking away from the home due to the minimal equity that was left and a "buyers market" working against us. Debbie took a brief tour of the home and said that with some "tlc" improvements, like cleanup, interior painting and some minimal landscaping, she felt the home, if priced right, would sell quickly and we would realize a better profit than we had ever expected. (Her guestimate of final payout to us was right on the money!)

We followed her advice and she took care of everything. She arranged all the improvements of the home through her many contacts with local contractors and other specialists. She explained that any cleanup and improvements we were to make were to be paid at escrow after the home was to sell. And that is exactly what happened. There was no money up front! Debbie has some excellent contacts and the painters, landscapers, cleaners etc., that she works with are top notch, and all agree to be paid after the home is sold.

She held an open house and had multiple offers before a few days had passed. We got our asking price and everything has gone very smoothly, thanks to Debbie's "due diligence" and attention to detail.

She constantly followed up with us making sure all timelines were met and that we were kept informed the entire time.

We recommend Debbie wholeheartedly and will use her again if the need arises.

I have told you on more than one occasion of my appreciation for the professional and efficient manner in which you handled the sale of my rental property in January of this year. I thought it might be of some value to you for me to document the reasons for my being appreciative.

As I'm sure you remember the project started with my being notified in late November 2010 by a renter of 17 years that she would be moving by year end. With me being in Florida and the probability that future renter would not be nearly as stable I quickly decided a sale was in order (despite the tax consequences). I came to you on my brother's recommendation in early December and you immediately went to the property, met with the renter and recommended a course of action that seemed reasonable.
