The Pines

The Pines’ calling card is its location: it is nestled between the I-680 and I-880 and its proximity to the Milpitas Transit Center & BART station makes it ideal for making easy & fast connections to the rest of the dynamic Silicon Valley.

The Pines is located in what is considered the “Midtown”, the oldest part of Milpitas where a few remaining historic residences still remain. Needing to do a grocery run? There’s Trader Joe’s at the Great Mall Parkway less than a mile away, and Target on Morrill Ave less than 2.5 miles away. About 3 miles north is McCarthy Ranch Plaza, an open-air mall with a variety of stores from big box (including Walmart), retailers, banking, service shops to restaurants.

The Milpitas Public Library, a great community resource for families is less than 2 miles away along South Main Street.
